Inclusive, Caring, and Supportive School

Creating an inclusive, caring, and supportive school community requires intentional leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to belonging. School leaders must build systems that support both students and staff, while promoting equity, safety, and collaboration. This section demonstrates my ability to analyze school culture, apply organizational theory, and propose strategies that strengthen relationships, morale, and shared purpose.

Organizational Theory and Change Digital Presentation (EDUC 510)

This assignment helped me understand that school culture does not improve by accident. It requires intentional systems, clear goals, and shared leadership. By analyzing climate data and proposing structured strategies such as social committees and anonymous feedback systems, I learned how leaders can strengthen trust and morale. I also deepened my understanding of how equity-focused goals for EL and SWD students must be embedded into school improvement plans. This experience prepared me to lead change with purpose and compassion.
